can't loose weight but workout loads.

Hi ladies. I only need to shift a few lbs but can't seem to do it. I workout 3-4 times a week, do about 30 mintues cardio and then 30- 45 minutes weights. Now I was told, the heavier the weight the more I will shrink. I have gained alot of muscle though since doing this heavy weight program. I am very active during the day and ride about 2-3 time a week.

I have been trying to eat healthily but evenings are my downfall. I have now cut out most rubbish during the day.

I could really do with some advice as to what to eat and working out please.

This is what i had today.

Breakfast, weetabix and skimmed milk.
Chocolate digestive.
Lunch, jacket pot, tuna and salad.
small slice of chocolate cake!
Dinner, 2 slices of toast and beans and tiny bit of cheese.

I also drink quite alot of tea and coffee and don't drink alot of water.

Well one look at your meal for today shows it to be very much like mine.

Lots of carbs, and sugar...in weetabix ,biscuit,jacket pot,cake,toast,beans.

Those types of foods day in day out def. make me bloat up and put on weight.

You could try substituting with things like Oatibix rather than weetabix..tuna and salad and feta cheese...fruit rather than cake...

Have a look at low GI diets and they are really good,they make you feel full without feeling big and bloaty.
