Hi ladies. I only need to shift a few lbs but can't seem to do it. I workout 3-4 times a week, do about 30 mintues cardio and then 30- 45 minutes weights. Now I was told, the heavier the weight the more I will shrink. I have gained alot of muscle though since doing this heavy weight program. I am very active during the day and ride about 2-3 time a week.
I have been trying to eat healthily but evenings are my downfall. I have now cut out most rubbish during the day.
I could really do with some advice as to what to eat and working out please.
This is what i had today.
Breakfast, weetabix and skimmed milk.
Chocolate digestive.
Lunch, jacket pot, tuna and salad.
small slice of chocolate cake!
Dinner, 2 slices of toast and beans and tiny bit of cheese.
I also drink quite alot of tea and coffee and don't drink alot of water.
