Progress Pics of yourself - gross but works

I get very motivated by looking at other women's progress pics, on Facebook or Reddit. Have been taking some of myself, really hating how I look but good to face the demons. Did manage to lose 45lbs in the last 2 years. Wonder if anyone else takes progress pics in secret?

Hi there Thunderthighs
No i dont take progress pics of myself my daughter as done though.
I had a picture taken a good few weeks and when I.saw it I was quite upset and vowed that I would do something about it
So the pic definitely helped me to lose some weight
I knew I put weight on by my clothes but the picture proved just how much and gave me a jolt.
So off to slimming world that very same week and now 15 and half pounds lighter. ☺
Might do a pic when get to goal
8 and half pounds to lose now .

There’s a free app called 360me which does a kind of 3d image of you and then you can do an update and layer them over each other to see your progress. You should try that OP. I did the first pic but I haven’t lost any weight since 🤦‍♀️

It's part of my pt routine. I have assessments every 2 weeks which includes measurements and photos. I think he is more excited by my progress than I am 🤣. I started in February and have lost 70cm or so from waist, hips, thighs etc so the pictures do show quite a difference.
