Is this enough to lose a stone in a few months ?

I’m not overweight but I’m heavier than I’d like to be. I’d like to lose a stone ideally but even half a stone would be great. I’ve lost 6lbs since August but stalled now. So I’ve done the following :
Started walking 4-5 miles a day
Started doing some light weights and a few other gentle exercises
cut my calories by another 200 a day (I was having 1700-1800 previously)
totally given up coffees as had 2 lattes a day

Is there anything else that will help ?

Focus on protein, higher protein low carb diets seem to do better for weight loss, I know it works for me. Drink plenty of water.

You need to calculate what your daily calorie burn is then take off what you eat. A calorie deficit of 3500 over a week is approximately a loss of 1lb a week. It does sound like you'll hit your goal, but without knowing your height etc. it's hard to know for sure.
