Large thighs!

Hello.

Since giving birth 4 months ago, I have piled on the weight.

I now have very large thighs, and they hurt so much when I walk because of chafing.

I was wearing skinny jeans, which meant that they don’t hurt, but I recently saw a picture of me in them and I hated how I looked.

I've since bought some baggier trousers, but they lead to my thighs rubbing together and it hurts so much.

Any help/suggestions would be so appreciated, thank you!

I think judging by the category you’ve posted on you know the ultimate thing you need to do is to lose weight.
i think I’d say to visit your GP if the chafing is that sore - you might have an infection or something or blood tests.
then I think you maybe need some ‘chub rub’ shorts to wear under clothing - they’re kind of soft and gentle on your thighs, maybe use talcum powder or specialist chin rub cream too.
But ultimately it sounds like you’re really low, saying you don’t like how you look, your weight and your sore thighs - Girl you just grew and gave birth to a human being !!! You’re awesome but you’ve took a battering - now is the time to look after yourself with good healthy food, gentle excercise and lots of self care xx
