SLIMMING WORLD - Help me with Quorn!

When I did slimming world 3 years ago all Quorn products were free foods. I've just looked them up in the 2008 food directory and now they have syns, is this right?

Only some of the quorn products are free, Bunch. Iirc, the mince, sausages and chicken style pieces are mostly free but some of the pther products have syns. Also be careful about frozen products because I think some of them can have syns when their chilled counterparts do not, eg Lamb style grills (the chilled ones are free but the frozen ones have 1.5 syns each).

That's confusing! Just had some Quorn frozen chicken nugget type things and can't find them in the book!

I have 2007 directory, it lists Chicken style nuggets frozen 300g pack as 0.5 syns each nugget.
