How to do the verification photos

Hi just trying to get mounjaro off Numan. BMI is about 30 but worried I won’t look big enough in the photos I have to send to get it. Anyone got any tips? Thanks

Slouch and wear a badly fitting bra, or no bra at all!

Wear clothes that are too small, especially up top. I was a 20 squeezed in a 14.

You need to show your physique as clearly as possible.

So tight clothes, leggings and vest top are ideal, preferably lighter colours/not black so they can see the brutal truth. If you are comfortable showing a bit of flesh with a crop top you could do that (I personally wouldn't do underwear for anyone!). I haven't used Numan (were always quite expensive compared to others on monj.co.uk) but if they let you take multiple photos try including a front facing and side on with arms raised infront of you.

I took photos premenstrual, pushed belly out and slouched ! lol
