hi all having lost about 3 stone last summer on cambridge i am on a mission to lose my last stone and get to my goal of 10,7

have tried a few times but "this time i mean it" lol

am not joining ww again as i have all the books etc but am following the points plan at home, would really appreciate hearing from anyone else who is going it alone

yesterday i thought i had wrecked it all by eating 4 choc digestive at my mums (dont even know why to be honest, subconcious eating) but when i got home i counted all the things i had eaten and discovered i still had points for dinner which was fantastic so i carried on

roast dinner today but with help of spray oil and lots of no point veg i think i can still have a nice dinner

Well done on losing 3 stone!

I am going it alone with Slimming World books, as that has worked for me in the past. I want to lose about a stone and a half.

Started today and I'm going on holiday on Monday. Think I may have left it a bit late
