have never tried it...but I know loads of people who swear by it. You need to drink several cups a day for it to work...but at ?1.99 per box it cant do any harm to try

chocolatespiders · 02/06/2008 22:07

PinkPurple · 02/06/2008 22:07

choc...you can get it in any health shop

i'm finding it pretty good so far - it actually tastes of something, which is more than i can say for most herbal teas. But I think it should be called poo-er tea - definitely has a cleansing effect, if you get me.

Don't know if it's my imagination, but my skin seems to be looking pretty fab since i started, too

My Chinese friends drink Green tea for energy, Oolong tea for weight maintenance and Puerh tea after eating fatty food or drinking alcohol. I've been drinking these teas for the past 2 years and it works for me and I find the organic range by Tea Cargo at www.teacargo.co.uk offers the best of all the brands that I have tried.

It's yummy, but it's just tea, I'm afraid. No magic weight-loss properties (other than being calorie-free, like all other tea).
