I’m 2lb off reaching a 4 stone weight loss since January this year. I still have another stone to go before I’m classes as healthy BMI - which I’ve never been. I’ve noticed recently I’m extremely uncomfortable sitting down and when I feel, it’s like there’s bones where there were none before - obviously it’s lighthearted but did anyone else notice this?

  • Lying in bed on side with knees together, knobbly knees, I pop a blanket inbetween
  • Lying in the bath (never knew I had a coccyx bone)
  • Sitting in the car driving - all of a sudden the car seat is uncomfortable
  • very tops of shoulders have a little bone popping up either side

P.s I’m tall with wide hips and a good bum, so that’s where I carried most of my weight

Another one to add, feeling the cold!

All of the above. I use my maternity pillow between my knees. I'm underweight though, so I'd add in my bra rubbing on my sternum and not being able to sit on benches.

My bum/back is really uncomfortable now on a hard surface. Something like a park bench is actually painful. I’ve also had some pain from some Pilates positions as bones stick out!

I have developed quite bad Raynauds unfortunately also
