I dont have the time to go and dont have the money to join online

I am vegetarian so would be following the green day thingy.

Glad it's going well. Most normal meals can be adapted to SW if you are on green and the recipe contains meat - just use it as a healthy extra.

What sort of things do you like?

for tea I had a huge plate of egg beans and chips, yes how can that be slimming?

I like cheesebeans,chips,vegetable curries,salad and baked potatoes etc which in theory should be mostly syn free but i do love my sauces,i use them to add flavour as my meals can be bland.Because i have certain food phobias i am limited with what i can/cant eat.
oh how i wish i could bring myself to eat eggs.
