I cant quite believe im asking this but is it common to get horrendous gas taking supplements?
It's not something I really want to admit to but its the only correlation I can make that this has started happening since ive started taking them.
For context I am taking a multi vitamin, lions mane, sea moss, and berberine. The berberine particularly hoping it would regulate my sugars to control my eating habits, hoping for weight loss to follow which it has.
If it wasnt for the embarrassing flatulence I actually feel better since taking them, and my food intake, particularly sugar related foods have significantly reduced to nearly zero and when I do eat something I am able to stop at just one thing.
But im so embarrassed. Never ever has it been as bad has this
