Three day military diet

Has anyone tried the three day military diet? I’m thinking of doing this once a week, along with eating healthy and exercising to lose a good bit of weight before Christmas and was wondering how people have found it and what weight they lost.

Just googled it as I’ve not heard of it before. It just looks like a standard menu for not eating much? It’s 1500 calories per day so I guess it’s easy to follow if you don’t want to work it out yourself.

Also just googled it but I don't know why anyone would tbh.

Lots of bread, nowhere near even 5 a day so i'd assume severely lacking micronutrients and plenty of utter crappy foods like hot dogs and icecream (icecream every day?).

Looks pretty poor overall and if you're going to eat a strict low calorie plan for 3 days a week there are far better versions you could create whilst keeping it simple.

I just looked it up and it looks horrendous. I would be absolutely ravenous on the foods they suggest and completely fail to lose any weight.

Use the fast 800 diet instead. It’s actually proper food. Not sure why you need ice cream every day for a three-day diet?! And dinner one day is a cup of tuna and nothing else?
