DIY Bootcamp, what would you do?

Have seen ads for various bootcamps, very strict, lots of early mornings and very expensive but seem to get great results. Assuming you had the time, what would your schedule be for a diy bootcamp?

I would do the following in this order:

Run on the spot for 1 minute
25 jumping jacks
20 crunches followed by 50 cycle ab exercise
20 press ups
10 tricep dips
20 squats
10 lunges per leg

Then would use dumbbells for
15 shoulder press
15 bicep curls
15 tricep kickback
15 upper back exercise

Repeat 3 times

This is what my DH and I did last summer and boy did it work!!
