No, but I'd like to hear other's experiences. Saw it on that programme superskinny v superfat or whatever it was called

I went a few weeks a go, the first session was great, I came home stopped picking, ate 3 healthy meals day, drank water and ate fruit. Second session was meant to build upon first one, but completely undid everything I had put into place in the first week. Have achieved nothing. Keep meaning to get back to him. cost £75 and should of worked if it did to start with.

oh dear that doesn't sound great. I've found someone for £50 a session - how many sessions do they normally do???

wonder why the 2nd session undid the first

Hi I did three sessions in November and December and it has been great. I've lost nearly three stones since then. I think it works best if you are an emotional eater or have an eating compulsion but you otherwise like eating healthy food. It was expensive - £135 per session - but I think I have saved a lot of money since then as I eat a LOT less than before. It's been hugely worth it for me as I am at a normal weight for the first time in nearly 8 years (since pg with DS).

mummypoppins, I went to David Samson in London. I must say, I found the sessions quite tough, he does regression hypnotherapy, but it definitely worked for me. This is his web site:

Not personally but one of the school mums did and has lost seven stone in a year. I do wonder if it would work for me!
