I could do with some focus and structure to calorie counting (and accountability) so am looking at Team RH. Does anyone know if the weights/exercise sessions are on the app or do you have to plan them yourself e.g. gym or YouTube? If there are structured weights sessions on the app it seems worth it, if not is it not just like mfp or nutracheck? I already have Nutracheck but need the accountability or I just don’t bother tracking if I’ve overeaten
