Hi all, please no judgement, I’m judging myself even writing this but I’m struggling massively with my weight, I always have done but since having my last child 2 years ago I gained a very unhealthy amount of weight I am struggling to shift it. I have tried so hard I signed up to the body coach and I do see results but they are so small and life keeps getting in the way things keep happening which stalls me. I don’t want to go down the fat loss jab route and I don’t ideally want to take slimming pills I want to do this the natural way BUT it’s been 2 years and even though I’ve lost a very small amount I just can’t do it. It’s really affecting me with anything I do and I don’t wear any different clothes ever because of my weight, it’s always when I loose weight and it doesn’t happen. I think im perimenopausal also which is really not helping the fat cells!

I did however about 10 years ago try a sliming pill called capsiplex, I was in a bad place back then and even though it made me nervous I went for it I was suffering depression all sorts so thought sod it. Back then I was about 4 stone over weight. Anyway it worked wonders for me, as far as I can tell I had no health issues form it and a dietitian told me it was ok to take. I’ve since looked and I can’t see it’s available at holland and barret anymore or anywhere like that, I found something online that has the name capsiplex on the top but think the pills are called something else…..Andy’s I guess my question is did anyone else take that years ago? Does anyone still take it now and if so where do you buy it and do you have any side effects?
it was a wonder drug for me personally, I only took it for about 6 months and it gave me enough of a boost that I kept up my exercise eating etc and the weight stayed off for years well until I had my babies.

Tia sorry for the god almighty paragraph 🫣🤣
