What are you go to snacks when hunger hits? Trying to lose my holiday gains and be very good! Usually I’d have a few water crackers (I know these are upf hence wanting to change) and cheese and chutney.

so far I’ve replaced with:
salted edamame
boiled eggs
Cold prawns (from the supermarket ready cooked packs)

High protein is a focus.

Any suggestions?
p.s trying to avoid processed meats so sliced turkey no good

Piece of fruit
Carrot sticks (stir a spice mix into greek yoghurt to make a dip)
Bowl of porridge made with water, add seeds, ground cinnamon and ground ginger for extra flavour
5% greek yoghurt
Plain rice cakes
Peanut butter on rice cakes (but can get very high calorie very easily!)
Marmite on rice cakes
Slice of toast with marmite/peanut butter or both
Frozen grapes
Nairn's oatcakes or supermarket equivalent (but Nairns don't have palm oil)

Sometimes having a drink of water makes you realise you are thirsty not hungry.

Smoked salmon or cold smoked fish, like mackerel? Wrapped in a lettuce leaf with some herbs and lemon, tiny bit of mayo or yoghurt?

Frittata. Omelette with various veggies. Can be cut into wedges?

Parma ham with tomatoes and a bit of mozzarella?

Chicken Caesar wraps, grilled chicken with grated parmesan in lettuce wraps. You can make a Caesar dressing with yoghurt or low fat mayo, garlic powder, grated parmesan and either an anchovy or 2 or splash of Worcester sauce.

Mixed nuts. Kefir yogurt with an apple.

My fav is FFgreek yoghurt and frozen berries

I also like a couple of pieces of fruit sliced on a plate - say an apple and peach and a couple of slices of really good mature cheddar

Day time OMG I NEED FOOD moments , I keep a pack of baby bels and a pack of cooked mini chicken fillets in the fridge. Hard boiled eggs work well - and cheaper

Cottage cheese - again along with fruit

I also make Dahl - full of protein, I eat it hot or cold, doesn't matter. Bowl of that sticks to the ribs, keeps me full and is also high protein

Cowboy caviar is another high protein snack/lunch/side. I make a bowl and stick it in the fridge - will last 3 days
