I’m at my correct BMI now which I am over the moon at so I can’t order any more pens. I don’t want to put weight back on so I was wondering if anyone could recommend and supplements etc that work.

Have you considered moving to a provider that offers maintenance?

I’ve seen psyllium husk touted as “poor man’s ozempic” though never used it myself

Some say berberine is an appetite suppressant, I've never tried it.
But a fair few pharmacies do maintenance down to bmi 19 such as Oushk who I am with, there are also others if you look on www.monj.co.uk they have a maintenance section so check it out there. I'm at bmi 24.5 but still on 15mg and many others will be staying on it for long term.
