Worked well for me. Didnt lose weight with just the slimpod but it did help motivate me/ changed my mindset to do intermittent fasting which did help me lose weight. I definitely felt a difference, and it basically stopped me snacking.

I haven't used it yet, but have been thinking about it for a while? Don't know if its just another scam.

@pandy24a friend of mine used it and lost weight. I’m thinking of doing it. Would be great to hear from more people here.

Hi, I’m currently coming to the end of the free trial and am planning on continuing. Would be good to get a support thread going if there are others also following it?

Workisntworking · 12/10/2025 14:26

I'm 7 days into the trial. I feel fuller, have chosen better, but have put on weight.
I can't see the point of paying if there is no weight loss at all.

Citrusbergamia · 16/10/2025 11:11

I tried it. Made not one iota difference for me.

AlansKey · 16/10/2025 12:30

I did it and it did not work.
Maybe it would suit someone who does not yet know what food is healthy, and that you shouldn’t eat when full.
The pods are a joke. Listened for about six months daily and it had no effect on my desire to eat.

I paid for the lifetime offer a while ago and I haven't lost weight but the podcasts and videos did give me a lot of insight into why diets weren't working for me. Basically, without realising it my eating had been disordered for most of my life and the various diets had made this worse. So since Slimpod my focus has been more on trying to find a way of eating normally. I feel I am getting there and am now cautiously trying to lose weight again.

The particular win from Slimpod for me was with the 'move more' pod. I have been following a regular exercise plan for a while now and it is very beneficial. I have put on muscle and my shape has changed for the better. So I am not too worried about the exact number on the scales.

I decided not to pay for the ongoing things. The things in the initial programme were all I need.

I would recommend it but it is important to understand that it is not a traditional diet programme. It is a way to alter your mental programming about food and for me this was a success.
