Not linked to this guy in any way (and not advocating signing up to his training), but I found a very interesting video on youtube on weight loss tips for women over 40, and I think what is really good advice. Some of these things I am working on and which have been successful, i.e. not doing too much cardio, focusing on eating more calories (but real food, and way more protein), reducing stress and avoiding anything that disturbs cortisol (for me that has mean cutting out completely coffee and alcohol).
thought i would just share
