Hi. Well I don't really need to loose any weight but ideally would like to loose a few lbs. I work out at the gym and just starting to get back to running after an injury beginning of the year.
I think about food an awful lot during the day. evenings are my worst and I want to eat chocoate and crisps and I tend to pick. I snack on rubbish rather than fruit.
Is there anyone else out there like me and how can I loose a few lbs?
