Protein works

Hi. In a desperate attempt to shift some weight I'm trying the protein works shakes as a way of putting my body into a calorie deficit. I am aware they are not necessarily the healthiest way to lose weight but I want something to kick start my weight loss that I don't have to think about too much.

Has anyone had any success with these shakes? If so how much did you lose over what time period?

Thank you

They’re not intended to replace meals. You’ll lose some weight, go back to eating normally and pile it all back on again. There’s so shortcuts. Use ChatGPT if you need some guidance. But low calorie diets never work in the long run.

I used the protein powder to add to my porridge, makes tasty chocolate porridge with extra protein. Fills me up for longer so helps me to cut out snacking. I can't say how much weight I've lost but I track all my calories and currently in a deficit so any weight loss is down to that and not the protein powder.

The diet meal replacement shakes have helped me lose weight but I'm afraid I don't measure so not sure how much. I really like the chocolate flavour.

@Duckyfondantits the meal replacement ones I have so that is good to know. I just hope they kick start some weight loss.
