@yGuides22 I think with me it's fear i will put the weight back on I still have about 3 stone to lose, and I need to lose it as I need an op and I cant have it if I'm too big, I have days when I feel good and then others where I feel like this, why do I?

Im replying because this is showing in 'trending'.

I'm under 9 stone, but will wake up one day feeling like I look muscular and strong, the next day will look chubby, and the next day will look scrawny like I need a big meal!

I'll feel so chubby, but weigh myself, and my weight hasn't changed. I guess its bloating from hormones or too much salt and so on.

SquishyGloopyBum · 20/07/2025 07:44

It can be water retention, it can be related to what you last ate, it can just be your mindset.

Keep plodding on op. One bad day does not mean you are going to gain the weight all back.

Are you on injections at all?

Dollyparot200 · 20/07/2025 17:28

@SquishyGloopyBum No I am unable to take them because of a medical condition I have gallstones and at risk of pancreas. So I have to use low fat diet. @KPPlumbing it's so hard isnt it? I want to just enjoy the hard work I've done so far im going to try and take one day at a time

Even now I’m bmi 19 some days I just feel heavy and sluggish, I’ve accepted it and like a PP said I do focus on things like water and having a walk to just reset a little. A lot of it is hormonal.
I managed to lose weight for medical reasons, you’ve got this!! One step at a time and the journey will soon go by.

Penguinsmum · 29/07/2025 21:57

Same I'm 8 st .6 BMI 22 but sometimes wake up feeling like a big sack of potatoes! Although I kind of know I'm not
