Hi all ! I’m currently 17st the heaviest I’ve ever been im between 5’6-5’7 and need to start loosing weight I want to loose 1-2 stone by October 1st (this doesn’t mean my journey will end there it’s just a target)
im constantly down and depressed over my body
last year I was just on 14 st and since being in a relationship have gained 3 stone my partner is a feeder he loves food and constantly encourages me to eat with him which I don’t say no to because I’m to ashamed to begin explaining why
at this moment in time I can’t afford to go gym so home work outs , meal ideas will help
I try to not eat to unhealthy however I’m a sucker for crisps 😂 I used to binge eat and slowly find my self falling back into those habbits and I’m not sure how to fix it any advice is deeply appreciated TIA x

I know that you're on a budget but paying for Mounjaro the weight loss jabs often means that you're paying less out on junk food and takeaways.
I'm the same height and was 15 stone last March. I've lost 6 stone on them.

As you can't afford the gym, perhaps look at YouTube fitness classes. I do a lot of yoga and Pilates but they'll have allsorts on there. With you having more to lose, it should come off quite quickly. You do need to be open with your partner though. I was slim until I was in an abusive relationship and put 3 stone on in a year! Definitely not saying that's what's happening with you but it is worth looking at the reasons why we indulge.

Good luck with it 😊

There's also a fat and happy thing too. People putting on weight in relationships.

You are going to have to be firmer with yourself and him.

Food piles the weight on and exercise helps but it's the food really.

I just went cold turkey on crisps - honestly I could eat a family pack a day. Now I rarely have them.
