Anyone successful in losing peri lower belly fat?

Apologies if I'm flogging a dead horse here but does anyone have a secret for losing peri/meno weight?. I've tried calorie counting on MFP, Slimming World and fasting since Christmas. I've been keeping track of my weight and it goes down slightly, up slightly and then just hovers.
I had a bad back injury a couple of years ago so I'm very limited in exercise, but I could do more walking.
I can't afford injections (I'm in Ireland and they're super expensive) and I can't access the UK WW site (even though that program worked for me in the past). I'm 5.7ft and weigh 12 stone 6. I look pregnant and nome of my clothes fit properly. I can't keep sucking my stomach in!
If anyone has any tricks or inspiration, I'd love to hear it. Thank you so much.

Fast 800 worked for me. It’s proper nourishing food, low carb. Clear out your fridge and cupboards of any junk, if you don’t have it you can’t eat it. Then meal plan, grocery list and keep a food diary. I am late 50s and lost over 2 stone.

I'm sorry to say that I've recently lost a stone in weight and I'm now 5 foot 4 and 8 stone 3, size 8. So I'm small, I know I am! And yet I STILL have a belly. I always have, even at my most slender in my 20s (I'm 46 now and have had 2 kids). So I really think this is what it is. I am still working out 4 times a week with weights, which I've found is the best way to build muscle and get toned (which is what I want, I really don't want to lose more weight!). I'm in a slight calorie deficit. I'm trying to eat loads of protein and fibre. My legs and arms are looking great. I have no boobs (but never really did!). And I still have a gut. I think it's a bit flatter, and I don't think I'd be mistaken for pregnant anymore. But I definitely wouldn't wear anything too tight or too cropped!

Thank you! I've never heard of Fast 800..I'll look it up.
Well done on the weight loss @Brownhairdontcare! At least you can say that you're fit and toned. I can say neither.
@shepherd00Best of luck-let me know if you come across anything that works well for you.

You can’t target specific areas for fat loss.

Have you tried Pilates? Great for toning and strengthening deep abdominal muscles
