Slim Fast - tips?

4 stone to lose.
1 shake a day and 2 x 600 calorie meals.
3 x 100 cal snacks, plus fruit and veg.

Does this sound right?

Why bother with the shake? 200 calories of sugar and chemicals. Eat 200 calories of decent food and try keto/low carb instead.

Calculate your TDEE because what you are suggesting is over 2000 calories a day. I wouldn’t lose anything on that and usually have to go down to 1200 to drop anything.

I've just started slim fast, I'm doing a shake for breakfast and lunch, and then a healthy dinner in the evenings. Trying not to snack in between. This should put me on about 1100-1200 calories a day.
