Morning!

I'm in need of someone to help me stay on it! I've lost 3 stone 2lb side last August. Been maintaining at 14 stone 13 since the end of May. I'm 5"10 ish and BMI 31, down from 36.

No WLI, just calorie counting with Nutracheck.

Now I really want to get back into it and go down another stone. My family are very judgemental about weight loss, and my friends just say "Oh you're lovely as you are" (well yes I am but I'm also fat!) and I need people who get it and will cheer me on and keep me going. And of course, I'll do the same in returnSmile

Anyone willing to help a fat lass get less fat? X

Ill join! I am on day 6 of my diet, yet another restart! Calorie counting for me too. Need to lose 4 stone to get back into a healthy BMI which seems so daunting.

You've done so well so far! My problem is i just really like food! I am trying to plan more as i think that is often my downfall

@IcyAquaSloth hi! August was a restart for me too. I went from 17 to 15 stone in 2023 but then just gave up.
I really like food as well. I'm a cook which doesn't help but I've banned myself from eating at work and make sure I take a proper lunch with me. Planning really helps. I'm a huge nibbler!

3st2 is brilliant so far, well done! Is that 20kg? Do you have access to a gym so you could pick up 2 x 10kg weights and walk around the gym with them or even do the stairmaster with them? Then put them down and feel amazing that that is what you have lost already.

@dontblameme yes I think so or thereabouts? That's a good idea actually. It's hard to visualise.
Just been thinking today that compared to last summer with all that weight on me, this one feels like a different world!!

Shall we share what we've eaten? Always handy to see what others are doing and get ideas.

Well last night it was so hot all I wanted to do was eat crisps and lie down but I didn't. Ate a small curry and rice (ready meal, I couldn't face even chopping up a salad) and a little lemon jelly.

Much cooler today. Got my legs out in a little dress. Just seen myself in the reflection of a shop window and was pleasantly surprised (I don't have a full length mirror at home!) I've brought a pasta salad with me for lunch.

Hi, week 1 weigh in today and lost 4lb. Woo hoo!

So far had berries and 0% yogurt for breakfast
Skinny latte

Planned chicken veg and lentil dish for lunch and have already made a beef and veg madras curry with wholegrain rice for supper.

Hoping I have a loss in my 2nd week, as i know from previous experience that if i dont then i am at risk of quitting in a huff!

@IcyAquaSloth wooo that's fabulous! Isn't it satisfying! Well done. Your food sounds great.

We had shortbread biscuits on the menu today at work and they smelt so lovely but I didn't give in. Currently eating my pasta salad- wholegrain pasta, peppers, yellow courgette, pinto beans, carrot, cucumber and mint with a little bit of homemade vinaigrette.
Dinner will be a vegetable bake and green beans, lemon jelly. If I don't have something sweet after dinner I don't feel like I've had a meal!

@IcyAquaSloth how's it gone today? I've just had a bloody KFC but it's still only brought me to 1457 calories for the day.
