I did Signature and Sculpt. Did really well and have kept the weight off for 2 years.
Recently had a few too many cheat days and would like to lose 4-5lbs before my summer hols.
I have all the recipes saved but can’t remember which set of recipes are the “strictest” (as I want to follow these for quickest results) - ie days 45-65 (or however they’re grouped)? Please can you help?
Also - what do you eat for breakfast on SPR? I struggle with this as ideally I’d eat a “meal” for brekkie so that I have a meal for breakfast/lunch/dinner and the snacks in between. But none of the meal recipes are breakfast-y so I end up eating the fruit, nuts and yogurt options - which are “snacks” (I can’t face a chicken curry or whatever for breakfast!) So really I find I’m having 4 “snacks” and 2 “meals” a day and weirdly I find that makes me put on weight - or at least stalls my progress.
I don’t want to use the shakes so that’s not an option and trying to squeeze a “meal” in mid morning or mid-afternoon doesn’t really work for me either as again, they just don’t feel like natural times for a stew/curry etc.
Have any of the newer waves included more “breakfast” type meals?
