Anyone plateaued on 15mg mountain and worried about stopping the injections?

I have been on the MJ for about 9 months and lost 23 kg. Started off at nearly 100kg, now mid 70 kg. On the maximum dose of MJ but not losing weight any longer. BMI still in the obese range.
Anyone in a similar situation and what do you suggest?
have increased activity and am also doing 16:8 intermittent fasting. Am almost too scared to stop the injection but it’s a lot of money for no results. Grateful for any thoughts on this. Thanks!

I recommend OMAD to reset things.
I've been on it for 11 months and recently hit a plateau, but a few days of OMAD started the weight loss again.

Basically, I fast for 20 hours, and allow myself one meal and some healthy snacks for the other two. It works for me.

Yes I was watching a YT video today where Dr was explaining that if your metabolism is messed up by previous repeat dieting or peri or post meno or hypothyroid issues (or all 3) OMAD is required to get you into a good keto state rather than the standard 2MAD 16:8.

Also whats your carb intake and cal intake? Carbs need to be minimal if you want to be in ketosis. I use the pee sticks from the chemist to check daily and my scales have been very slow but there is def loss of belly fat from clothes I have tried on. Can you track progress by clothes to check?

Also have you recalculated your daily cal def amount from your new TDEE at 70kg?

Huge congrats on this spectacular achievment.

The MJ doesnt fat burn - it only helps with the hunger/willpower - you need to be putting in the right micro and macro nutrients to stimulate your metabolism.

Thanks, not sure what Omad is, but will try that and see if I can reset. I can fast pretty easily as long as I have lots of water. Never done 20 hours but willing to try anything

Thanks, Kwean- yes, absolutely minimal carbs, maybe a slice of toast once or twice a month, table spoon of brown rice same. Otherwise no carbs really. Shape has definitely changed, clothes fitting differently which makes it worthwhile. Biggest result has been my mobility which has improved beyond my expectations and has been life changing.
