Sudden vomiting week 3 of mounjaro

Hi all. I am currently on week 3 of my 2.5mg injection of mounjaro. I was away this week for my birthday, so my diet wasn’t as good as it shouldn’t have been. I did my third jab on Wednesday evening, Thursday morning I was up at 4am vomiting. Just the once and then it improved throughout the day. Friday morning again woke up vomiting and then slowly passes. This evening (Friday) I am already feeling nauseous so expecting to be sick soon.
Has anyone had sickness at random times. As I said, no sickness still my third jab, it’s come out of the blue ?
also any remedies. I am currently sucking on a Gaviscon, have tried pepto bismol & rennies.

I found I was sick when I over loaded my stomach. If I over ate before my next injection as things were wearing off I would be guaranteed to be sick after I took the next jab. I think it’s down to the delayed stomach emptying and nausea comes from the vile taste and smell of the undigested food!
