Slimpod anyone?

I apologise if this has been discussed on here, but any success stories (and the opposite) on Slimpod? I was about to sign up for it, but then thought I would listen to the Holy Grail which is Mumsnet first.
Thanks.
(I have a lot to lose)

I was really hoping for loads of responses to your thread as I would like to gain the opinions of others.

A bit late, just stumbled across this thread! I’ve used SP, started 2 years ago and lost about 2 stone with little effort. Unfortunately I lost focus at the end of the 12 week programme and have plateaued since (it hasn’t gone back on, which is more than I can say for my years on WW/ SW etc) I’d like to lose another 2 stone and need to get back with the programme. It does work if you are prepared to be open minded and make the changes you are nudged towards making. Feel free to ask me if you want to know anything else about it!

@ThatLemonBear how does it work - there's remarkably little information on the website! Do you just listen to a podcast every day?
I'm currently on WLIs and have been considering hypnotherapy as additional support as I come off the jabs - would that work? Would I start slim pod right away, or after I finished the jabs?
So many questions!

Happy to answer any questions! It’s a 12 week programme that involves listening to a 10 minute recording once a day, watching a series of coaching videos (some are a bit cringe and some I was sceptical about but googled and the info given was correct) and writing daily “wins” (things that went well in your day). It’s a mix of unconscious suggestion (the pod recording) and positive psychology (the wins and videos) I feel a lot happier since I started. In terms of WLI, there are many Slimpodders who use the SP programme alongside the jabs, helping them to build better habits at the same time as taking the medication

I decided to just give it a try and am on day 9 of my 10 day trial.
Today I am feeling very hungry, for the first time. I really like the daily pod. Trevor’s voice is really nice.
Am more than happy to pay my £39 tomorrow. I have a 30 day money back guarantee on that payment. It seems to be going well for me currently. I weighed yesterday, just after the first week, and I appeared to have lost 2lbs, so I am happy. I wasn’t expecting that much.
It’s different, there are coaching vids, no food plans. It encourages you to use healthy food and to listen to the pod daily. Repetitive message to your subconscious.

I've been using it on and off for about 3 years. Have lost and crucially kept off a stone. It's about changing your mindset around food, and makes complete sense to me. The Facebook group is bonkers though, so I tend to avoid that, but other than that, as long as you are prepared to make some changes, it's all good.
