Is it possible to loose, flabby skin?

I need to shape up and lose 5-10lbs, but I’m 45 and I eat really well, so it’ll be a case of deprivation to actually lose anything!

But the most uncomfortable part of my body is the roll of loose skin that sits above all my waistbands. I have a short body and big boobs and my whole upper body feels like boob or roll. I’m not overweight, not skinny, but I am short with - like I said - short torso.

I’ve had three children and it’s there because of all those pregnancies. Is it possible to lose this loose roll? Or is that stretched out skin impossible to get rid of?

I dream of breast reduction surgery! Plus the removal of a roll! But I can’t afford it so I wonder: what can I do diet and fitness wise?

I found pilates very good. Not only does it tone up your core which helps minimise the loose skin but also helps improve your posture.
(I can sympathise though....I could make an entirely new woman with all my loose skin post weight loss!!LOL).

At 45, no. The loose skin won’t shrink due to the decrease in elasticity in your 30’s-40’s. I do a lot of yoga, have rock hard abs, but impossible to see them under the lose skin, which definitely didn’t shrink with exercise.
