Two quick but urgent questions about Slimming World

Firstly the book goes on a lot about using very low fat yoghurt - how do I tell if it's very low fat when I look in the supermarket? (or can you recommend one?)

When I was searching for the answer I spotted someone mentioning syn free mayo - what am I looking for in the supermarket?

As you can probably tell I'm going asap!

You can get virtually fat free natural yogurt from most supermarkets - most of the muller light ones are free too if you prefer flavoured. You're best looking online at Tescos/Asda and checking the slimming world website for syn values before you go shopping just to be sure - you can even make a shopping list on the slimming world website now so you have all the details to hand when you go shoppping.

Or take the food directory if you have one.

I prefer the Onken fat free strawberry yogurt - it comes in a big tub and its so creamy you would never guess it was fat free. For natural yogurt I like Tescos own brand but Asdas is ok too.

Dunno bout syn free mayo, sorry.

Thanks, I ended up just buying the lowest fat ones I could find and will assume they're ok!
