Following on my earlier post I thought I'd make a thread where I could post what nice healthy things I've been eating. Might help to hold me accountable too...
Not going to lie I'm probably only post the healthy/interesting stuff. No one on a weight loss board wants to hear about the chocolate orange I just ate!
So today I took a salad to work for the first time ever! I had salad leaves, sliced radishes, sliced cucumber, beetroot and red wine vinegar. Plus a banana and cream cheese and cucumber bagel
For dinner another first, I suddenly like broccoli! So I had chicken and broccoli (left over from yesterday's roast) with gravy.
I genuinely enjoyed it all
I did also eat some treats but I won't mention that!
