Weight loss chat

So, if I have cereal for breakfast and lunch and am A Good Girl about snacks and treats...

...will I lose a bit of weight in 3 weeks?

Just a pre-holiday "thing".

I know if you stick to the following you could lose about 7lbs (probably more) at least......

Breakfast - Porridge (with 1 sweetner or tsp of honey)
Lunch - 2 ryvita with low fat phillidelphia and salad on the side then a piece of fruit and a low fat yogurt.
Afternoon snack - fruit or a weightwatchers/ good for you cake
Dinner - Jacket potato with beans low fat philli and salad

I've basically been doing this for the past 5 months plus swimming/ areobics/ aquafit/ walking as and when i can fit it in (was once a week now about 3 times a week as its slowing down) and have lost a total of 2st and 2 lbs so far.

Don't want to put myself through the monotony of cereal based diet if it won't have some sort of positive impact

Wow...2st 2lb and being that 'good' for 5 months! Kudos!

Lol I'm not that good all the time but most of the time, I have the odd treat now and again I'm almost ready to stop, I'm 9st 12 at the moment but my belly is still flabby so its more about toning than losing weight now.
