Hopeful bump

I feel like everyone around me is on jabs and I don't trust them! (the jabs not the people!!)

I'm doing Slimpod having previously done virtually every other diet you could name! It's great because it's so incredibly easy, no weighing, counting calories or faffing about and I can see how it leads to permanent change. However, it's so slow! I keep thinking about how long it's taken me to put the weight on and so slow coming off is fine especially if it stays off but it's not a quick fix

DancingHippos · 20/05/2025 00:23

It is basically hypnotism. You are giving someone control over your subconscious.

Thank you, how long did it take you to start to notice changes?

Is this good? Bad? Surely no worse than injecting yourself with god knows what!

I felt changes within a couple of days. I'm eating so much less a making much better choices. There's a very active FB as well if you want support. Here's my referral link if you want 15% off

I feel the same as you, everyone around me is losing lbs with the jabs but they sound too good to be true. Someone I know is losing 2lb a week on them and I thought that surely that's possible without filling your body with expensive medication. Slimpod is helping me do what I've never been able to do before, say no and eat well

I can get you a discount at Slimpod

Hey, if you're ever looking for Slimpod products, let me know and I can get you a discount at Slimpod. Here's a coupon if you need one now:

It's not hypnosis, it's word weaving. It does make you think and you can stay awake through the whole thing. There's also support with exercise, sugar, and stress

Absolutely choose your own path if you want to lose weight, and its more than fine not to want to use medication for this, and to be trying and using whatever works for you, but really, semaglutides are not "god knows what"! They are fully registered, tested, approved medications that have been used for around 20 years. There are of course potential side effects and downsides like any medication, which may well factor in to people's decisions to use them or not.

DancingHippos · 21/05/2025 00:00

It IS hypnosis and no I don't think you should allow anyone to have access to your subconscious

I've signed up for the free trial, started it three days ago. I'm feeling positive about it. I've two stone to lose.

Thatsinteresting · 28/05/2025 18:37

I honestly don't think you'll regret it. I'm currently on holiday and have eaten all manner of lovely things but I've also turned down ice cream etc when the rest of the family are having one without even thinking about it. If I've had a big breakfast then I may not eat for the rest of the day apart from a token something to join in with the family in the evening. Like I said, it works, but it's slow

thetorturedpoetsdepartmentssecretary · 29/05/2025 00:45

I don't know if it's placebo effect but I've not felt hungry until mid afternoon the last two days. I'm definitely eating less. I'm itching to weigh myself but know that will make me eat, always has done in the past, so I'm resisting the temptation.

thetorturedpoetsdepartmentssecretary · 04/06/2025 11:58

How are you getting on with slimpod? I'm struggling with writing the things a day.

Thatsinteresting · 04/06/2025 21:02

Do you mean your struggling to find time or your struggling to know what to write?

I recently added a diary app to my phone so that I could add a good thing as it happened. Your wins don't have to be amazing just acknowledging that life is good, so things like, found a pound in my jacket pocket, had a good chat with ds about his favourite Pokémon, made a perfect cup of tea, received a funny meme from ds, finished tidying up the junk drawer, enjoyed sitting in the sun, won free apples on Lidl spin to win. It's about making your brain think about positive things rather than just I'm fat, I can't stick to a diet, I'm going to eat more cake

Watch the coaching videos and join the FB group for loads of support

Yes that's what I meant. I thought the three things had to be related to slimpod, that's much easier, thank you!
