Orlistat. Week 1. No loss 😪

Hi all,

I've been orlistat 1 week (tomorrow)
Weighed myself this morning and nothing.
Not even a single pound!!
Has anyone had the same thing?

I’ve just bought it for the first time today. I hope I lose some weight. Have you had issues with diarrhoea?

I've not had major problems but im persuming that it's because I'm not eating alot of fatty foods
