3 week until a holiday...what's your advice?!

We go away in 3 weeks. Hot and sunny...and beach wear.
I've been reducing the rubbish eat, lifting weights lots and no alcohol for. The last few weeks.
I want to make a final push over the weeks but my head is filled with 'fasting, 5:2, high protein, shake replacements, calorie counting etc etc'.

I know the only trick to to be in calorie deficit, but I'd really appreciate anyones advice on how to make best use of the 3 weeks ahead.
Thanks so much.

There are lots of sensible diets you can do to lose weight over the long term but if you want to see a few instant results before hol maybe try upping water intake to 3-4 litres a day… will help skin, keep bowels moving and leave less room in tummy for food.

Michael Moseley’s Fast 800 is designed for quick weight loss to a relatively short timescale.

Low/no carb along with intermittent fasting. Up your water, up your steps, decent sleep.

Carnivore WOE. I have lost 15Ibs in 5 weeks and I have 7lbs to go to my target weight. You can do it for 30 days as a reset.

I can now run without training. I had terrible knee and ankle pain, this has gone. The diet reduces inflammation.

Sorry I see you only have three weeks this won't be the best as you will lose water weight at the beginning but just put it back on again the second you eat a high carb meal.

Honestly, keep going just as you are, you're doing really well, don't do anything drastic just for the holiday. Really enjoy it as you are at the time and keep going with your basic plan when you're there and afterwards. You want sustainable improvements not quick wins. Have a great holiday!
