I’m adamant I’m not going to feel big in a swim suit this summer. I go away in 12 weeks. I’m all over the place trying exercise, trying Intermittent fasting. I’ve started IF this week but hoping it’s not a phase.
I need some sort of PT/advisor. There are so many out there that do it online. Any recommendations? I want to lose about a stone and a half. I can only work out from home. Any suggestions? Diet is my main thing but what to move more too
