Do I stick where I am or try to go lower?

I tend to bump around the 64.5 - 65.5kg weight range. (I’m 5 foot 4).

I seem to always be striving to get a little lower but it seems like every time I get to the lower end of 64kg or slightly under, I never really stay there for long.

I have a healthy lifestyle. I eat well (mostly!), I don’t drink and enjoy exercise.

I am 45 years old and starting to think I should make genuine peace with the number on the scale and not be striving to get a little lower number.

Anyone else relate?

Hello Op,

I think you should forget the number and focus on how you feel. Do you feel good and happy at 65 ?

Thanks for responding. Yes, I generally feel good in my body. I think it’s hard to completely switch off from the idea that smaller is better. I need to continue to work on this.
