Found two unfinished packs of these in the back of my cupboard. I'm desperate for a diet kick start but they have a best before date of July 2024. Would you use them??????

Sorry I should say, they are extreme diet replacements meal shakes!

I have used out of date shakes before but it’s probably not a good idea if they were open for a year. Thibk I got worried they were making me feel funny and threw them away. Googling seems to suggest they may be ok for a year if stored properly.
