Since january I have changed my attitude to food ,drink and my health.
I have lost loads off my legs bum and tum.

I now have what looks like a rubber ring of fat above my navel
My back is really weak and I just can't work out how to excercise the top half of my body
Any idea for excercises at home greatly appreciated

Get one of those sit up frames (got mine from Argos)- quite cheap & easy to use. Can really feel results without straining your back/neck. I cant do a sit up to save my life without one of these! You can do them lying on your side as well as your back to help you tone up. Also keep going with the diet & the rubber ring will get smaller! Good luck

swimming
press ups
running

Pilates great to build up those muscles above your waistline and pull it all in. Will give you fab legs and arms too! you do need to join a class though, at least for a few sessions to make sure you do the exercises correctly. Be ace for your back too.

Well done on that loss!

I'm doing press ups every day, but to make it easier, as I havent done them before, I put my arms on the second step of the stairs, and feet on the floor - I'm up to 8 at a time now.

thanks everyone.
I've dropped 3 dress sizes on the bottom and only one on the top.
I think I need to do some warm up excersises or something. I seem to have little or no flexibilty at all.
If I stretch I creak and ache all over.
