I‘ve worked hard to lose the last bit of weight. It’s come off so slowly but I got there in the end.

I‘m going on holiday next week. I‘m so scared of undoing everything. We‘re visiting family and there are many meals out planned. Has anyone got any tips?

I've been through this recently. I found the best approach was to skip breakfasts (unless it was a social thing), whatever I wanted for lunch and supper, no/few snacks, and try to keep to a short eating window. So typically I'd eat a generous lunch and supper, but be eating only between noon and 7pm for example.

Went up 1.5kg over the week away, but all of it came off within three days back.

Thanks, that’s reassuring. I‘ve been doing 16:8 so I should definitely stick with that. And avoiding snacks will definitely help!
