I’m looking for some advice and inspiration from those who have successfully lost weight.
Until recently, I had never really needed to focus on weight loss, but after gaining quite a bit following my pregnancy two years ago, I’ve been trying — and honestly, I feel like nothing is changing.

To make things a bit more urgent, I’ve also recently been diagnosed with prediabetes, so getting back to my original size (or as close as possible) has become even more important for me.

If anyone has any advice, tips, or positive stories to share, I would really appreciate it!
Thank you so much in advance.

I lost 50 pounds in one year. Then came keeping it off for years. Ups and downs. The thing is, you NEVER give up. Realize that it will not be a 'perfect' journey. It will be a struggle always, not only to lose the weight but to keep it off. Remember...NEVER GIVE UP. Prayer helps a lot. Making a plan and doing your best to 'stick with it' helps a lot. My plan is trying not to have over 1700 calories per day (I am tall). If I do go over that amount, I try to have less calories the following day to make up for the day before. If you are really determined to lose weight, you will. If you are not determined, you will not. Remember...prayer helps. MariaUSA
