I have just booked a last minute holiday.
Still carrying my Xmas weight gain. I’m currently 150 pounds and would LOVE to get back down to 125 ish pounds for the holiday.
Would it be possible if I was really strict and went to the gym 5 days a week. Tbh I’ve never lost weeight intentionally before. I always just tend to drop weight in summer as I eat far healthier and am more active.
any input is much appreciated.
I could definitely live off salads and eggs for a couple of months
