R Conley's salcercise dvd, any good, worth me spending more money on exercise videos?

I'm tempted yet again. So has anyone any views on this dvd I like dancing so it appeals to me. Will I be wasting yet more money?

I haven't got the salsacise video but I've got a couple of RC fitness videos and I find them really, really boring ... sorry.

Ooo. I want to know too. I bought it for myself after Christmas as I really enjoyed learning a buit of salsa last year and despreately need to loose more weight.

Just had a thought Cadbury and Grumpyfrumpy - maybe we should use it regularly and report back to keep us from giving up, just a thought...
