The Body Coach app

I am on the verge of signing up to the Body Coach app. I need to lose at least 2-3 stone. It's £69.99. I'm super busy working full-time, single mom, and mom taxi 3 nights a week. I am hoping by actually paying for this I will use it as i never know where to start with free YouTube videos. Anyone recommend it or think it's a waste of money? Any other paid for apps better? Thanks!

Save your money and work your way through the free videos

I’ve had the app since it was released a few years ago. I would say that you it is worth it if you are genuinely going to stick to the plan. I’ve moved onto something else but I still regularly use the BC recipes. Once you’ve signed up there is a lower renewal price each year, I think I’ve paid £59.99 for the past few which I think is good value.

Did you sign up? I’m seriously considering it. Will it help me lose a stone and a half in a set amount of time (12 weeks)?

I use the app and find it much better than doing his random free workouts from YouTube. There’s a clear progression which helped me see proper improvements and it was easier to switch on and go than when I was faffing about trying to pick one on YouTube.

I didn't. No surprise! I have started going to a great pilates class once a week but run off my feet with work and kids and of course just don't seem to get any time for exercise.

Is the strength training easy to do at home? What weights will I need?

I don’t think it’s a waste if it gives you structure and actually gets you started.
