sure ways to lose some lard?

me = need to lose a stone fast, can't be bothered to do it in slow manner.

please please give me some tips....
would the following give fast results in way that wasn't too unhealthy?

before lunchtime - fruit/coffee only
lunch - crispbreads, homous, soup (for example)
dinner - tuna salad (for example)
late snack - fruit

few glasses of wine a week

exercise for an hour 2-3 times a week (cardio workout)

2 weeks? I don't know really. I only have until mid June so it had better not take too much longer than that.

The first bit is usually quicker I think. Your body kind of adjusts to the change in diet, so maybe 6 weeks?

eat sensibly dont crash like you suggest

and get jogging round the block - seriously that is all that worked for me

drink loads of water/herbal tea - lay off the lattes if you have those

I think a blog would be a good plan, or even just keeping a notebook with everything you eat, how much weight you have lost etc.

the quickest and most successful way I lost weight was to only have salad for lunch - no carbs and do an exercise video when I got up

that was ages ago though and I no longer have any will power!

right, going to set a blog up, I think

I always lose focus totally after about a week, hence the need to do it fast!

I also psychologically find it hard to believe I will go under 10 stome again!

belcant I am envious of your Jasper!

when I had son number 2 I wanted to call him Jasper . It is such a cool name.
dh was not so keen much to my disappointment.

SO I gave it to myself on mumsnet!

He is now 6 and I call him Jasper as a nickname

lol thats so funny- my jasper is my number 2 child and is almost the same age as your ds!!! thats quite weird. it is a v cool name if i do say so myself! i always hear people say they have a cat or dog called jasper but hardly ever a child

They are ok although you do have to emvbrace hunger iykwim

YOu have shake/snack/shake/snack/evening meal and snack.

Have bought gin and slimline tonic for friday

I find it easier to stay with the shakes during the day rahter than have a lunch and shake in the evening

I want to lose a stone and have lost 3 in 2 days so far (i know I know I should not be weighing myslef everyday)

can i recommend home made soup for lunch and pre dinner snack? fills you up, vits and satisfying. Home made tomato with red lentils is good - not loads of bread with it though - finding things that you can eat long term is better than quick weight loss, salads etc a proper lunch is good eg fish with veg - this can stop you eating cakes etc later

I need to do quick fix - then Ikeep it off for a while. Only 10 pounds or so and never get abvove a certain weight

Even if I do a slow diet It still creep on

suzy wong thing is good. i lost 10k in similar fashion. protein at every meal is really important, but not cheese alas.

i think it is probably about 2/3rds eating and 1/3rd exercise to actually lose weight, half and half to not put it on.

your weight isnt important its how you feel when you look in the mirror. im 5 ft 7 an last august i weighed 12 stone an movin into a 16. so i cut out white bread dont eat potatoes just cut out the crap lots of fruit and walking now in a sze 10 an no idea how much i weigh. remember your monthly cycle can add a few pounds, an if you loose it fast it comes straight back on. why you need to loose it so fast ? x
