Yay! I’m proud but at the same time I did lose the same amount before a holiday last year and just gave up. For no reason at all.
I feel so much better in myself when I walk the dog.
I used to obsessively eat out of boredom. But I’ve stopped a lot of that just through being mindful. I ask myself “am I hungry or bored? before I eat anything. I discovered a love of pickled veg which I munch on with chicken slices and mustard. Has been a life saver. And I still eat all my faves (noodles, spag Bol, roasts) just with a very small portion of the carbs.
