I've been trying to lose weight for years basically. Have been using Nutracheck for about five years now and my diet has been pretty good - plenty of veg, 90/100g protein a day, 100-150g carbs, 20-30g fibre and I was basing it around eating 1700/1800 calories a day. Plus doing 2 yoga classes a week, 2 x weights/cardio in the gym and one just cardio in the gym or a run outdoors. But just couldn't shift the weight - was losing a pound then gaining it back and getting nowhere.
I've been on Mounjaro since March which has helped me cut calories to 1400, but with a similar nutrtional balance, and I've lost on average 1.7lbs a week. My BMI was 29.2 but I had started to develop high blood pressure plus have PCOS and endometriosis.
Now 26.2 - am aiming for 24 and will then see how my BP is (and cholesterol etc). Possibly will go to 22/23 which is 10 stone something. Am aiming to take it for a year at current weight of loss - titrating down gradually, still being careful with calories.
